Buy a house

Everyone wants to own a house, Our houses are fixed up for families to enjoy. The house can be bought through a the bank or your choice, or on occasion we can finance it.

Sell us your house

We constantly need to purchase rundown houses to fix them up. If you own a property that need some work and you don’t want it anymore, give us a call and lets talk about it.

Invest in our process

We have two ways you can help fix up East Liverpool while making money at the same time:

1. Loan us money on a property to fix up.

We will give you all of the planned costs of a property The address of the property and any other pertinent information on the house. This is a 1 year loan. We will fix the property in that year and sell it or refinance it. We will make you a monthly interest payment until the house sell or is refinanced

2 Loan us money on a finished house.

This is usually a five to ten year loan and you will receive a monthly payment until it is paid off. the loan will cover the cost of the house and repair work that was done.

Either way, you will be using your money to make East Liverpool a better place. We sell our house to hard working owner occupied buyers. That means they will be paying local income taxes, which help fix up the streets and parks and other maintenance that need done in the City.
